Disruption or obstruction. Students
have the right to freedom of speech, including the right to
dissent or protest, but this expression may not interfere with
the rights of other members of CCS or disrupt college
activities. Prohibited behavior includes disruption or
obstruction of teaching, administration, disciplinary
proceedings, other college activities, or authorized
noncollege activities when the conduct occurs on college
premises. Obstructing the free flow of pedestrian or
vehicular traffic on college premises or at college-sponsored
events is prohibited.
