WAC 132P-160-030   Hold on records.  No student will receive an honorable dismissal, or be entitled to a transfer of credits earned, who has not satisfactorily accounted for all college property issued to him and settled all outstanding financial obligations. A student who fails to obtain an honorable dismissal will not be recommended to another institution.
