WAC 132P-33-210
Appeals. (1) Appeals contesting
recommendations of disciplinary action(s) shall be taken in the
following order:
(a) Disciplinary action taken by or at the recommendation of
the dean of students or designated representative may be appealed
to the student hearing committee;
(b) Disciplinary recommendations made by the student hearing
committee may be appealed by the student to the college
president; in the case of a recommendation for suspension it may
also be appealed to the college president; all decisions by the
president or designee are final.
(2) All appeals by a student must be made in writing to the
committee, college president or designee or board of trustees
within ten calendar days after the student has been notified of
the action from which he/she has a right of appeal.
