Limitations of use. (1) College
facilities may not be used in ways which interfere with or are
detrimental to the college's own instructional and educational
programs.
(2) College facilities may not be used for commercial
sales, advertising, or promotional activities except when such
activities serve educational purposes of the college and are
conducted under the sponsorship of a college department of
office.
(3) Each group or organization which uses college
facilities must abide by the policies and procedures for use
as determined by the board of trustees and/or the college
president and shall be subject to revocation of their
privilege to use the facilities for failing to do so.
(4) The administration reserves the right to deny or
cancel the use of facilities when such use or meeting may in
any way be prejudicial to the best interests of the college.
