WAC 132L-136-011
General policy. Centralia College is
an educational institution provided and maintained by the
people of the state. Its campuses, buildings, properties, and
facilities shall be reserved at all times for those activities
that are related to its broad educational objectives and
goals. Access to college-owned or college-controlled
buildings, offices, classrooms, and facilities is granted only
to conduct official business. Attempting to enter, entering,
or remaining in such buildings, offices, classrooms, or
facilities without legitimate purpose is prohibited. The main
thoroughfares of any of the college's campuses are open to the
general public during normal business and class hours. After
normal business and class hours, the campus shall be closed to
the public. The general public, and all guests or visitors to
any college-owned or college-controlled property shall conform
to all municipal, state and federal laws and statutes. In
addition, the public, guests, and visitors shall be subject to
all of the applicable provisions of chapter 132L-120 WAC,
Student rights and responsibilities code.
