Due process. Students have the right
to due process. No disciplinary action shall be imposed
without notice to the accused of the nature of the charges.
Notice may be given by a judicial advisor verbally and in
writing within ten days of a charge being submitted against a
student to include the alleged violations of the code and the
opportunity for advanced inspection of any affidavits or
exhibits the college intends to submit at the hearing. A
student accused of violating the code of conduct is entitled
to procedural due process as set forth in this chapter.
