WAC 132K-125-050
Jurisdiction. (1) All rules herein
adopted shall apply to every student whenever said student is
present at or engaged in any college or student organization
sponsored program, activity or function which is held on or off
college facilities. It shall also mean for enforcement of the
rules and regulations of conduct to include facilities in which
students are engaged in official college training and/or
activities including places of training internships, cooperative
education, practicums or supervised work experiences.
(2) Faculty members, other college employees, students, and
members of the public who breach or who aid or abet another in
the breach of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to:
(a) Possible prosecution under the civil or criminal laws or
regulations of Washington;
(b) Appropriate disciplinary action pursuant to the state of
Washington higher education personnel board rules or the
district's policies and regulations; or
(c) Any sanctions imposed pursuant to this chapter or in
other college policies and regulations.
(3) Provisions of the Revised Code of Washington cited in
this document are on file and available in the college library.
