WAC 132I-120-432
Appeals from summary suspension
hearing. (1) Any suspended or disciplined student aggrieved
by an order issued at the summary suspension proceeding may
appeal to the discipline committee. However, no such appeal
shall be entertained, unless:
(a) The student has first appeared at the student hearing
in accordance with WAC 132I-120-427;
(b) The student has been officially notified of the
outcome of the hearing;
(c) Summary suspension or other disciplinary sanction has
been upheld; and
(d) The appeal conforms to the standards set forth in WAC 132I-120-441(2).
(2) If the student has met the above criteria, the
discipline committee shall conduct a formal hearing in the
manner described in WAC 132I-120-442.
