WAC 132I-116-130   Responsibility of person to whom permit issued.  The person to whom a permit is issued is responsible for all violations of the parking and traffic rules and regulations involving the vehicle for which the permit was issued. Provided, however, that such responsibility shall not relieve other persons who violate these rules and regulations. In the event that a vehicle in violation is not registered with the college, the current registered owner will be responsible for the violation(s) of the campus regulations.
