WAC 132H-120-310
Decision by the college discipline
committee. (1) Upon conclusion of the disciplinary hearing,
the college discipline committee shall consider all the
evidence therein presented and decide by majority vote whether
to uphold the decision of the dean of student services or to
recommend to the president any of the following actions:
(a) That the college terminate the proceedings and
exonerate the student or students:
(b) That the college impose any of the disciplinary
actions as provided in this chapter.
(2) Within seven calendar days, the student will be
provided with a copy of the college discipline committee's
findings of fact and conclusions regarding what occurred,
whether the student violated any provision of the student code
and recommendation for the final disposition of the matter at
issue. The committee shall also advise the student of his/her
rights to present, within twenty-one calendar days, a written
statement to the president of the college appealing the
recommendation of the college discipline committee.
