WAC 132H-116-790   Prohibition of literature.  Distribution of literature by placing unauthorized literature on motor vehicles parked on the premises of Bellevue College is hereby prohibited. Literature includes but is not limited to:

     (1) Pamphlets

     (2) Flyers

     (3) Stickers.
