WAC 132H-116-354   Transfer of permits.  (1) With the exception of carpool permits, parking permits are not transferable. If a vehicle is sold or traded, a replacement permit will be issued to the permit holder upon notification.

     (2) Permits may be reissued as authorized by the director of public safety.
