WAC 132H-116-320   Applicable parking and traffic rules and regulations.  The applicable parking and traffic rules and regulations for Bellevue College include:

     (1) The motor vehicle and other traffic laws of the state of Washington. Title 46 RCW.

     (2) The traffic code of the city of Bellevue.

     (3) The Bellevue College parking and traffic regulations. In case of conflict among the provisions of the motor vehicle and other traffic laws of the state of Washington or the traffic code of the city of Bellevue and Bellevue College parking and regulations, the provisions of the state of Washington motor vehicle laws shall govern.
