Reinstatement after suspension or
expulsion. (1) Any student who has been suspended as a
disciplinary sanction shall be reinstated, upon the student's
written request, after (a) expiration of the stated time
period of the suspension and (b) satisfaction of all
conditions of the suspension, if any.
(2) Before a suspension has ended, or if a student has
been expelled, the student may petition for reinstatement as
an enrolled student. Any such petition shall be submitted in
writing to the vice-president for student services, showing
facts and circumstances constituting good cause for such
reinstatement. No such reinstatement shall be granted unless
it is approved by both that vice-president and the college
president.
