Moving expense allowance -- Dwelling. Any
displaced person who moves from a dwelling who elects to
accept the payments authorized by this section in lieu of the
payments authorized by WAC 132F-20-040 may receive a moving
expense allowance, in accordance with the average cost of
moving from a comparable size dwelling determined according to
the following schedule, not to exceed two hundred dollars, and
in addition thereto a dislocation allowance of one hundred
dollars:
