Everett Community College student rights
and responsibilities. Everett Community College exists as an
institution for the transmission of knowledge, the pursuit of
truth, and the development of its students. The responsibility
to secure and to respect general conditions conducive to the
freedom to learn is shared by all members of this educational
community. The college has a responsibility to the students and
society at large to develop policies and procedures which provide
for and safeguard such freedom. This is a statement of essential
rights, responsibilities, and freedoms of students enrolled at
Everett Community College.
