WAC 132D-120-040
Disciplinary authority. (1) Student conduct boards shall be selected annually via
the standing committee selection process and approved by the
college president. The dean of students shall determine which conduct board or student conduct administrator shall be
authorized to hear each case.
(2) The dean of students may
develop policies and procedures for the administration of the student conduct program and for the
conduct of hearings which are consistent with the provisions
of the Skagit Valley College code of student conduct. Each
complainant and respondent shall be given a copy of any
written procedural rules prior to any student
conduct hearing.
(3) Decisions made by a student conduct
board and/or student conduct
administrator shall be final, pending the appeal process
provided within this code.
