Summary suspension proceedings not duplicitous. As indicated, the summary suspension proceedings shall not substitute for disciplinary proceedings provided for in the code of student conduct. At the end of the suspension, the student suspended shall be reinstated to full rights and privileges as a student, subject to whatever sanctions may have been or may be in the future imposed pursuant to the code of student conduct or these rules of summary suspension.
Records and evidence presented during the course of any facet of a summary suspension proceeding brought against the student shall be available for use by the student and the college in disciplinary proceeding initiated under the code of student conduct.
