WAC 132C-120-210
Notice of summary suspension. If the
college president or designee desires to exercise the
authority to summarily suspend a student, the president or
designee shall cause notice thereof to be served on that
student by registered or certified mail at the student's last
known address, or by personal service of such notice to the
student. The notice shall be entitled Notice of Summary
Suspension and shall state:
(1) The charges against the student including reference
to provisions of the student conduct code and/or law.
(2) That the student charged must appear before the
vice-president of student services for a summary suspension
hearing at a time specified in the notice.
