WAC 132C-120-130
Conduct of disciplinary hearings. Hearings conducted by the student conduct board will be held
in closed session except when the accused requests that
students and staff other than those directly involved be
invited to attend. If at any time during the conduct of a
hearing invited guests are disruptive of the proceedings, the chair of the student conduct board may exclude
such persons from the hearing room.
Any student or staff member attending the student conduct
board hearing as an invited guest who continues to disrupt
said proceedings after the chair of the student
conduct board has asked him/her to cease and desist therefrom
shall be subject to disciplinary action.
