WAC 67-25-408
Vocational rehabilitation
services -- Services to family members. (1) A family member is
an individual:
(a) Who is a relative or guardian of a customer, or who lives in the same household as a customer;
(b) Who is integrally involved in the vocational rehabilitation of the customer; and
(c) Whose receipt of vocational rehabilitation services
would further the vocational rehabilitation
of the customer.
(2) Services provided to family members may include any
vocational rehabilitation services available to customers in accordance with WAC 67-25-350. However, the services must be directly
related to the vocational rehabilitation of the customer. Family members of any age may be
served.
(3) A vocational rehabilitation service provided to
family members shall be terminated when it no longer
substantially contributes to the vocational rehabilitation of
the customer.
(4) Services to family members shall be provided only
after consideration of comparable services and benefits in
accordance with WAC 67-25-360.
