WAC 44-14-07005
Waiver of copying charges. An agency
has the discretion to waive copying charges. For
administrative convenience, many agencies waive copying
charges for small requests. For example, the attorney
general's office does not charge copying fees if the request
is for twenty-five or fewer standard photocopies.
