WAC 16-450-048
What inspection, certification and
marking requirements apply to controlled atmosphere fruits and
vegetables? All Washington state fruits and vegetables sold
as CA fruits or vegetables:
(1) Must be inspected and certified as to grade and
condition; and
(2) At time of certification, all containers holding CA
fruits and vegetables must be marked with both a dated state
lot number and a CA number.
