WAC 16-302-285
Field inspection for corn seed
certification. A representative of the certifying agency makes a
minimum of three field inspections during the pollinating period
for certification of corn seed. When the previous crop was corn,
at least one additional inspection is made to verify that the
field is sufficiently free of volunteer plants from the previous
crop. Field inspections may be made without giving prior notice
to the grower.
