WAC 16-301-205
Arbitration committee report. The
arbitration committee shall prepare a written report of its
findings within the established time frames. The report shall
include findings of fact and conclusions, the award and
allocations as to costs, if any.
(1) If a quorum is present, a simple majority of the
arbitration committee shall be sufficient to make a decision.
(2) Any member disagreeing with an award may prepare a
dissenting opinion and that opinion shall be included in the
committee report.
(3) The report shall be sent to the director.
The director shall promptly send copies of the report to the
parties by registered mail.
