WAC 16-301-160
Evidence. The parties may produce such
evidence as they desire and such additional evidence as the
arbitration committee may deem necessary to understand the
dispute and determine an award. The committee shall be the judge
of the admissibility and relevance of all evidence offered.
Conformity to strict legal rules of evidence shall not be
required. All evidence shall be taken in the presence of the
parties concerned, except where a party has waived that right or
is absent after receiving proper notice.
