WAC 16-301-105
Filing of a complaint for arbitration. To
submit a demand for mandatory arbitration, a buyer shall make and
file with the director of the department a sworn complaint
against the seed dealer.
(1) Such complaint shall contain:
(a) A statement setting forth the nature of the claim and
damages.
(b) The dollar amount involved in the claim.
(c) The remedy sought.
(2) The complaint must be accompanied by a filing fee of one
hundred dollars to cover the costs of processing the complaint.
(3) The buyer shall send the dealer that is the subject of
the complaint a copy of the complaint by registered mail.
