WAC 16-230-615   What are the restrictions on sale and distribution of use restricted phenoxy-hormone type herbicides and dicamba in Eastern Washington?  Phenoxy-hormone type herbicides and dicamba shall be sold and distributed only by licensed pesticide dealers to certified applicators or their duly authorized representatives except those listed in WAC 16-230-610 (1) and (2).
