WAC 16-19-210
Requirements for assignment, stamping,
recordkeeping and condemnation of meat. The operator of any
custom slaughtering establishment must have in his or her
possession certificates of permit or other satisfactory proof of
ownership of carcasses or parts thereof in his establishment.
Such proof of ownership must be kept on file for a period of six
months after receipt of the carcass or part of the carcass.
