Requirements for sanitary operations. Requirements for sanitary operations of custom farm slaughtering,
custom slaughtering establishments, and custom meat facilities
are found in Title 21 CFR Part 110-Current good manufacturing
practice in manufacturing, packing or holding human food. These
rules have been adopted in WAC 16-167-050 (2)(k) and are
available from the department on request.
