WAC 10-08-083
Notice of appearance. If a party is
represented, the representative should provide the presiding
officer and other parties with the representative's name,
address, and telephone number. The presiding officer may require
the representative to file a written notice of appearance or to
provide documentation that an absent party has authorized the
representative to appear on the party's behalf. If the
representative is an attorney admitted to practice in this state,
the attorney shall file a written notice of appearance and shall
file a notice of withdrawal upon withdrawal of representation.
