WAC 388-76-10190   Adult family home -- Compliance with regulations -- Required.  The adult family home must comply with:

     (1) This chapter;

     (2) Chapters 70.128, 70.129 and 74.34 RCW; and

     (3) Other applicable state and federal laws.
