WAC 296-128-085   Review.  Any person aggrieved by any action of the director or his authorized representative taken pursuant to this regulation may, within fifteen days after notice of such action has been mailed, file with the director a petition for review of the action complained of, setting forth grounds for seeking such review. If reasonable grounds exist, the director or his authorized representative may grant such review and to the extent deemed appropriate afford all interested persons an opportunity to be heard on such review.
