WAC 242-02-89201   Intent to participate in compliance hearings.  Any person eligible to participate in a compliance proceeding based upon his or her participation in the proceedings to enact legislation in response to a board order shall abide by any briefing schedule set in the board's compliance order, as amended or extended, and provide the board and the parties of record with written notice of intent to participate no later than two weeks prior to the compliance hearing date set in that order.
