WAC 230-17-130
Settlement conferences. (1) Any party to
an adjudicative proceeding may request a settlement
conference, with or without an administrative law judge (ALJ),
to discuss a possible settlement of the case.
(2) If a settlement is reached, it must be a written
order to be signed by all parties and the presiding officer.
