WAC 230-17-110
Documentary evidence. (1) When requested
for cause, the presiding officer may:
(a) Require that parties submit all documentary evidence
to the other parties sufficiently in advance so that they may
study and prepare cross-examination and rebuttal evidence.
(b) Reject documentary evidence not submitted in advance
if the party offering it cannot show that there was good cause
for failing to submit it sooner.
(2) Unless a party files a written objection before the
hearing, the authenticity of all documents submitted in
advance is accepted. Parties may later file a challenge of
authenticity if they show good cause for failing to file a
written objection.
