WAC 230-10-155
Verifying bingo winners. When a player
declares a winning bingo, the operator must:
(1) Have a bingo worker and at least one neutral player
inspect the card or electronic dauber; or
(2) Have a bingo worker verify the card or electronic
dauber by entering the bingo card number into an electronic
verifier which will broadcast the winning card onto video
screens for all players to view. Any player may request to
see the actual winning card and the operator must allow the
player to do so; or
(3) If the game is an "instant winner" and pays a prize
of no more than fifty dollars, no neutral player needs to
verify the card if the operator keeps an audit trail which
identifies the winning combination called.
