WAC 222-08-010   Purpose.  The purpose of this chapter is to describe the forest practices board, its organization, administrative procedures, and to provide rules implementing RCW 34.05.220 and 42.17.250 through 42.17.320 and chapter 42.52 RCW for the forest practices board. The purpose of this chapter is also to set out department procedures for administration of the forest practices regulatory program.
