the purpose of propelling recoverable aero models; |

Toy paper and/or plastic caps, manufactured in accordance with DOT regulations, 49 CFR 173.100(p), 1981, as of October
29, 1982, or toy pistols, toy canes, toy guns, or other devices in which toy paper and/or plastic caps are used; |

Emergency signaling devices. |
