WAC 173-245-070   Declaration of construction completion.  (1) Within thirty days after the owner accepts the construction or modification of a domestic wastewater facility, the professional engineer in responsible charge of inspection of the project shall submit to the department (a) one complete set of record drawings or as-built drawings (b) a declaration stating the facilities were constructed in accordance with the provisions of the construction quality assurance plan and without significant change from the department approved plans and specifications.

     (2) The declaration will be furnished by the department and will be the same form as WAC 173-245-075, declaration of construction of water pollution control facilities. The submission of the declaration is not necessary for sewer line extensions where the local government entity has received approval of a general sewer plan and standard design criteria.
