WAC 132H-116-655   Report of accident and theft.  The operator of any vehicle involved in an accident on campus resulting in injury to or death of any person or total or claimed damage to either or both vehicles of $500, shall within twenty-four hours report such accident to the public safety department. This does not relieve any person so involved in an accident from his responsibility to file a state of Washington motor vehicle accident report within twenty-four hours after such accident.

     Students, faculty, staff, and visitors should report any theft of or out of vehicles to the public safety department promptly.
