Washington state patrol (WSP) eligibility
for wireless funding. Upon designation by a county as a
public safety answering point for wireless 9-1-1 calls,
Washington state patrol communications centers may be eligible
to receive available wireless funds from the enhanced 9-1-1
account for ANI/ALI controllers and necessary interfaces to
send data to other PSAP equipment, Phase I E9-1-1 voice
network, PSAP mapping, Phase II CAD upgrades, and for ANI/ALI
display equipment. Such eligibility shall be based on the
portion of wireless 9-1-1 calls initially received by the
regional Washington state patrol communications center serving
the designating county.
