WAC 118-40-300   EPCRA -- Facilities compliance.  The owner or operator of a facility shall meet all of the applicable requirements of EPCRA, or of rules adopted by the administrator to implement EPCRA, as now authorized or hereafter amended, including the planning, notification, reporting, access, and information availability requirements as specified by Sections 301, 302, 303, 304, 311, 312, 313, and 324 of EPCRA.
