WAC 16-233-001   Federal worker protection standards -- Washington state department of labor and industries.  This chapter contains the federal Environmental Protection Agency worker protection standards as listed in 40 CFR, Part 170. Revisions to the federal language have been incorporated into this chapter in order to be consistent with other requirements of Washington state law. These rules are adopted in conjunction with rules adopted by the Washington state department of labor and industries in chapter 296-307 WAC, Part I.
