The City is part of the Spokane County health district as evidenced and specified by agreement.

6.04.020 Local Health Officer.

All rights, powers and responsibilities granted to and imposed upon local health boards, departments, and officers by law, including the ordinances of the City, are delegated to and devolve upon the Spokane County health district.
