5.03.010 General Jurisdiction.

The City confers upon and reserves to the Spokane municipal court all jurisdiction and powers which may by law be exercised by municipal courts, municipal departments, justice courts, magistrates’ courts, or the judges thereof.

5.03.020 Specific Jurisdiction.

The Spokane municipal court has jurisdiction of matters arising from the ordinances of Spokane, as provided in RCW 3.46.030.
