Pursuant to RCW 14.08.200, there is established through an agreement between the City and Spokane County the Spokane airport board.

6.01.020 Powers and Functions.

To the board is delegated operation of Spokane International Airport, Felts Field and Spokane International Airport Business Park in accordance with the Municipal Airports Act of 1945, as amended (RCW chapter 14.08), as provided by interlocal agreement.
