16.05.010 Comprehensive plan adopted.

That certain document entitled: “Comprehensive Plan – City Council’s Recommendation – June 3, 2005,” as amended with exhibits filed with the city clerk and given clerk’s receiving number 3457, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. Said plan and amendments shall constitute the city of Shoreline’s comprehensive plan for purposes of the Growth Management Act, Chapter 36.70A RCW. [Ord. 388 § 2, 2005]

16.05.020 Final environmental impact statement adopted.

That certain document entitled: “City of Shoreline Final Environmental Impact Statement – November 2, 1998,” attached hereto as Appendix B, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. Said final environmental impact statement shall constitute the city of Shoreline’s comprehensive plan final environmental impact statement for purposes of the State Environmental Policy Act, Chapter 43.21C RCW. 16.05.030 Adoption of findings and conclusions.

In support of adoption of the comprehensive plan, as provided in SMC 16.05.010 and in support of adoption of the final environmental impact statement for the comprehensive plan, as provided in SMC 16.05.020, the city council adopts the findings and conclusions set forth on Appendix C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full. 16.05.040 References to comprehensive plan.

Hereafter, all references to the comprehensive plan in the municipal code shall be deemed to refer to the comprehensive plan adopted by the city of Shoreline pursuant to this chapter. [Ord. 178 § 4, 1998]

16.05.050 Interpretation.

To the extent that there is any conflict between this comprehensive plan and any other city law, rule or regulation, the provisions of this comprehensive plan shall prevail. [Ord. 178 § 7, 1998]
