2.92.010   Offenders performing community service.

All offenders performing community service pursuant to court order or RCW 13.40.080 are deemed "workers" under RCW Title 51. (Res. 133-1984)

2.92.020   Payment of premiums.

Any premiums or assessments due under RCW Title 51 for community service work shall be paid for by the County from the general administrative fund. (Res. 133-1984)
