1.08.010   Lopez voting precinct No. 1 – North end.

There is established Lopez voting precinct No. 1 comprising all territory of Lopez Island north of Lopez voting precinct No. 2, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. (Ord. 8-1994; Res. 57-1980 § 1. Formerly 1.14.010)

1.08.020   Lopez voting precinct No. 2 – South end.

All territory of Lopez Island bounded on the south by the San Juan County Line, on the west by San Juan voting precinct No. 1, on the north by a line proceeding from a point on the east boundary of San Juan voting precinct No. 1, directly east to the north section line of Section 33, TWP 35N, R2W, thence east along said section line to the center line of Fisherman Bay Road, thence north along the centerline of Fisherman Bay Road to the centerline of Dill Road, thence east along the centerline of Dill Road to the centerline of Center Road, thence south along the centerline of Center Road to the north section line of Section 35, TWP, 35N, R2W, thence east to the west boundary of Blakely voting precinct thence south along the west boundary of Blakely voting precinct to the south boundary of Blakely voting precinct thence east along the south boundary of Blakely voting precinct to the San Juan County line; and bordered on the east by the San Juan County line, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. 1.08.030   Blakely voting precinct – Blakely-Decatur.

There is established Blakely voting precinct comprising all the territory of Blakely and Decatur Islands, James and Center Islands, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. (Ord. 8-1994; Res. 57-1980 § 3. Formerly 1.14.030)

1.08.040   San Juan voting precinct No. 1 – South end.

There is established San Juan voting precinct No. 1 comprising all of San Juan Island south of and including that portion of San Juan County beginning at a point 200 feet N of the intersection to Westside Road and the west line of Section 24, T35N, R4W, then generally south along a line 200 feet parallel to the north and east of Westside Road to its intersection with the south line of Section 24, thence east to the SE corner of Section 19, thence south to a point 200 feet north of Bailer Hill Road, thence east parallel to the Bailer Hill Road to a point 200 feet north and west of the intersection between Bailer Hill Road and Douglas Road, thence north parallel to Douglas Road to the north line of Section 22, thence east to the SE corner of Section 14, thence south to the shoreline of North Bay, including Dinner Island, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. 1.08.050   San Juan voting precinct No. 2 – University-Turn Point.

There is established San Juan voting precinct No. 2 comprising that portion of San Juan County bounded by a line beginning at the SW corner of Section 4, TWP 35N, R3W, thence north to the middle of Speiden Channel, thence east to the west boundary of Orcas voting precinct No. 1 in the middle of San Juan Channel, thence south to a point on the west boundary of Shaw precinct in San Juan Channel to a point directly east of the SW corner of Section 12, TWP 35N, R2W, and the town limits of Friday Harbor, thence north, west and south along the town limits of Friday Harbor to the south line of Section 11, TWP 35N, R3W, thence west to the SW corner of Section 11, TWP 35N, R3W, thence north to the NW corner of Section 11, T35N, R3W, thence west to the SW corner of Section 4, T35N, R3W, and that portion of San Juan County lying in Section 13 and 24 T35N, R3W, and Friday (Brown) Island, except the Town of Friday Harbor and Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, T35N, R2W, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. 1.08.060   San Juan voting precinct No. 3 – Roche Harbor.

That portion of San Juan County bounded by a line beginning at the SE corner of Section 20, TWP 36N, R3W, thence north to the middle of Speiden Channel thence west to the County line, thence south along the County line to a point directly west of the north line of Section 34, TWP 36N, R4W, thence east to a point on the north line of Section 34, TWP 36N, R4W, in the middle of Mosquito Pass thence north and east through the middle of Mosquito Pass and Wescott Bay to the south line of Section 23, TWP 36N, R4W, thence east to the SE corner of Section 20, TWP 36N, R3W, including all the territory of Henry Island, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. 1.08.070   San Juan voting precinct No. 4 – Westside.

That portion of San Juan County bounded by a line beginning at the NE corner of Section 29, TWP 36N, R3W, thence south to the SE corner of Section 5, TWP 35N, R3W, thence west to the SW corner of Section 1, TWP 35N, R4W, thence south to the SE corner of Section 23, TWP 35N, R4W, thence west to the County line to a point directly west of the north line of Section 34, TWP 36N, R4W, thence east to a point on the north line of Section 34, TWP 36N, R4W, in the middle of Mosquito Pass, thence north and east through the middle of Mosquito Pass and Wescott Bay to the north line of Section 26, TWP 36N, R4W, thence east to the NE corner of Section 29, TWP 36N, R3W, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. There is established San Juan voting precinct No. 5 comprising that portion of San Juan County bounded by a line beginning at the NW corner of Section 12, TWP 35N, R4W, south to a point 200 feet north of the intersection of Westside Road and the west line of Section 24 thence generally south along a line 200 feet parallel to the north and east of Westside Road to its intersection with the south line of Section 24, thence east to the SE corner of Section 19, thence south to a point 200 feet north of Bailer Hill Road, thence east parallel to the Bailer Hill Road to a point 200 feet north and west of the intersection between Bailer Hill Road and Douglas Road, thence north parallel to Douglas Road to the north line of Section 22, thence east to the SE corner of Section 14, TWP 35N, R3W, thence north to the town limits of Friday Harbor, thence west and north along the town limits to the north line of Section 14, TWP 35N, R3W, thence west to the NW corner of Section 14, TWP 35N, R3W, thence north to the NE corner of Section 10, TWP 35N, R3W, thence west to the NW corner of Section 12, TWP 35N, R4W, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. 1.08.090   Friday Harbor voting precinct No. 1 – Friday Harbor 1.

There is established Friday Harbor voting precinct No. 1 comprising all the territory located within the Town of Friday Harbor north and northeast of the centerline of Spring Street, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. (Ord. 8-1994; Res. 137-1981; 69-1980. Formerly 1.14.090)

1.08.100   Friday Harbor voting precinct No. 2 – Friday Harbor 2.

There is established Friday Harbor voting precinct No. 2 comprising all the territory located within the Town of Friday Harbor south and southwest of the centerline of Spring Street, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. (Ord. 8-1994; Res. 137-1981. Formerly 1.14.100)

1.08.110   Shaw Island voting precinct – Shaw Island.

There is established Shaw Island voting precinct comprising all the territory of Shaw Island, Blind and Canoe Islands, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. (Ord. 8-1994)

1.08.120   Stuart Island voting precinct – Stuart Island.

There is established Stuart Island voting precinct comprising all the territory of Stuart Island, Johns Island, Flattop Island, Cactus and Speiden Islands, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. (Ord. 8-1994)

1.08.130   Orcas voting precinct No. 1 – Deer Harbor-Orcas-West Sound (DH-Orcas-WS).

There is established Orcas voting precinct No. 1 comprising all territory located north of Shaw Island voting precinct and Lopez voting precinct No. 1, lying south of Orcas voting precinct No. 2, southwest of Stuart Island and Waldron Island voting precincts, northwest of San Juan voting precinct No. 2, west of Orcas voting precinct No. 4 and including Jones Island, Crane Island, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. 1.08.140   Orcas voting precinct No. 2 – Eastsound 1.

There is established Orcas voting precinct No. 2, beginning at a point which is the center of Section 30, TWP 37N, R2W, thence easterly along said centerline through Sections 30, 29, 28, 27, and 26 to a point due south of the North Shore Road extended southerly; thence north toward the community of Eastsound to a point on the beach south of the NE corner of the NW quarter of the NE quarter of Section 14, TWP 37N, R2W, thence north along the east line of said NW quarter of the SE quarter and the east line of the west half of the NE quarter of Section 14, thence continuing north along the east line of the west half of the east half of Section 11, TWP 37N R2W, thence north to the north boundary of San Juan County; thence west along the north boundary of San Juan County to a point lying north and 100 feet west of the western extremity of Patos Island; thence southerly and westerly along the center of President Channel to a point due west of the point of beginning; thence east to the point of beginning; all in San Juan County, State of Washington. 1.08.150   Orcas voting precinct No. 3 – Eastsound 2.

There is established Orcas voting precinct No. 3, beginning at Section 26, TWP 37N, R2W, which is due south of the North Shore Road extended and which is the SE corner of Orcas voting precinct No. 2 (Eastsound 1) and the true point of beginning, thence east along the centerline through Section 26 and 25, TWP 37N, R2W, and continuing thence east along the centerlines through Sections 30, 29, and to the center of Section 28, all TWP 37N, R1W, thence north along the centerline of said Section 28 and to the center of Section 21; thence east from the center of Section 21 along the centerline through Section 22 to a point in Section 23, TWP 37N, R1W, which is the SE corner of the SW corner of the NW quarter of said Section 23, T37N, R1W; thence north a distance of approximately 4 miles; thence northwesterly to the north boundary of San Juan County to a point which is approximately 1.5 miles east of the NE corner of Orcas voting precinct No. 2 (Eastbound 1), thence west to a point which is the NE corner of Orcas voting precinct No. 2; thence south and along the east boundary to Orcas voting precinct No. 2 to the true point of beginning, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. 1.08.160   Orcas voting precinct No. 4 – Olga-Doe Bay.

There is established Orcas voting precinct No. 4 comprising all of Orcas Island south of Orcas voting precinct No. 3 (Eastsound 2) and including Barnes Island, Clark Island, and Obstruction Island, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. (Ord. 8-1994)

1.08.170   Waldron Island voting precinct – Waldron Island.

There is established Waldron Island voting precinct comprising all the territory of Waldron Island and Skipjack Island, all in San Juan County, State of Washington. (Ord. 8-1994)
